Meaty new role within a burgeoning digital research services agency, developing their offer across bespoke digital/tech products such as online communities, digital tracking and dashboards.
Founded by one of the UK’s major full service groups, this highly experienced team with skills in business analysis, programming and project management provide their internal and external clients with customised digital solutions. They now seek to support their continued growth with this key client facing role responsible for packaging and positioning digital products to bring to market. Client interaction and relationship building will be fundamental, working alongside the Sales Director and Managing Director to understand clients’ needs and support business development. You will be keen to own the full sales cycle, from creating a sales deck, pitching the product to existing and potential clients, as well as assisting with the project management of communities.
With a research or operations background, you will ideally already be comfortable with online communities and other tech products. However if this is the brave new world for you, this could also be the perfect role to take up the challenge of developing new technologies as long as you are ambitious, keen to embrace change and prepared to work hard to take the company forward.
