Utilising online surveys, digital communities, mobile communication and social networking, it will be your role to help harness customer experience across all touchpoints turning it into valuable consumer insights to help clients make critical business decisions. Focussed on providing clients with superior storytelling that will help drive strategic decision making you will work closely with other team members on the full project process and utilise your quantitative research experience, great communication skills and genuine interest in consumer behaviour, data and embracing new methodologies.
