Client Research Manager
The purpose of the role is to drive growth by adding value to clients through superior storytelling, and building strategic partnerships with existing clients and identifying organic revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities include managing CX projects through the entire project life cycle, managing key accounts on a day-to-day basis, and overseeing direct report. To be successful in the role you will have several years' experience in research (ideally in CX research although this is not essential), fantastic problem-solving skills, and previous exposure to different techniques and research activities (questionnaire design, sample design, weighting, analysis and report writing).
