Are you an agency researcher who is looking to make the move client side? A leading UK fashion retailer are looking for a Senior Insights Executive to join the growing insights team and manage research projects. You will be responsible for making recommendations that can drive growth and profitability through extracting key insights from quantitative and qualitative data.

You will join an insight-led organisation who are continuously trying to put the voice of their customer at the heart of their business decisions. Their aim is to consistently know who their customers are and how they can better target them, insight plays a huge part in this and how they can better tailor their marketing strategy.

The role

You will be responsible for the design, management and analysis of strategic research projects, and to improve the development of projects which provide more relevant, rich and actionable insights. This includes both Qualitative customer research, which involves moderating focus groups and conducting interviews. As well as using their online customer panel to program and analyse surveys. You will have to analyse data from survey results, market share and sales data to generate actionable insights.

Required skills:

* Ideally agency research experience

* Quant & qual research experience - moderating focus groups, analysing surveys etc.

* Strong and confident presentation skills

* Ideally retail / fashion experience
