Client Account Manager (food)
This well-established, specialist agency already has an excellent reputation in product research and punches well above its weight with its loyal, household-name clients.
They are now throwing themselves into a phase of development and expansion and are investing in talented additional researchers to underpin this, which is where you come in.
Do you have a background in food research? Are you much more interested in advising clients on research design and generating insight from findings than in project delivery? This could be the perfect role for you.
They need a food specialist, with a solid research background (ideally qualitative and quantitative), to work in a strongly client focused role, developing relationships with a small number of their key clients.
You will work to understand and translate client business needs into research specifications, as well as interpreting results in the context of their business (What does “best quality” actually mean to consumers? What might we use as a benchmarks?)
You will have a more junior researcher to support you, plus the agency’s existing reliable systems to carry out the nuts and bolts of the research delivery.
If you are ambitious, commercially aware and have experience in food research this is a really good opportunity to shine.
The role is based in South Cambridgeshire, an area which often features in “best places to live” lists, but is also easily commutable from Herts, Beds and most of Essex
