Research Manager – Brisbane – Behavioural Economics, UX, Consultancy

Quant/Qual – $50,000-$60,000 plus SUPER

This Brisbane-based strategic consultancy is well known for its cutting-edge research and ability to guide clients on complex consumer marketing issues.  By using a full toolbox of quantitative/qualitative methodologies combined with neuroscience research techniques, they provide unique solutions designed to give clients and stakeholders a real insight into their markets and consumers.

Joining this boutique agency as a Research Manager, you will enjoy a varied role engaging with both research and marketing clients whilst working closely with your directors (who are widely regarded as some of the best brains in the business!). You’ll be working with big Australian brands spanning the FMCG, retail, insurance and financial services industries.  You’ll need to be a strategic thinker but also have the research know-how to manage the project lifecycle from setup to presentation.

To qualify for this position, you should have a consumer market research background (2+ years’ experience ideally), excellent academics and a good appreciation of either quantitative and qualitative methodologies. You should also have a demonstrable track record in providing bespoke solutions to research problems and have a real passion for consumer branding.
