To succeed in this role, you must have experience of leading a team, and a track record of contributing to the development of junior team members. Previous experience as a team leader or possibly a Field Manager would be ideal. As this is a management role it is essential that you have very strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You should also have experience of working with online diaries, coding and panel data, and understanding the challenges involved.
