This established relationship will take you on journeys into the mind of consumers from all walks of life. In order to gauge an accurate and honest understanding of human motivation you will find yourself in pubs, supermarkets, homes, cinemas, forums and…swimming pools employing a mixed tool bag of online and offline qualitative techniques.
This is a boutique environment comprised of an eclectic mix of thinkers from marketing, advertising, psychology, advertising and of course, consumer research backgrounds. Choosing not to grow too big they ensure a flexible, collaborative and curious environment where ideas flow freely and there is an expectation to challenge the known.
Their established Sydney brand has earned them mutual, trusted relationships with their FMCG, telco and services clients and you will work on a range of projects related to new product development, brand position, communication and brand identity. To apply you must have an out and proud love of qualitative research and have worked in this space in a commercial setting. Ideally you will have moderated focus groups, conducted in-depth interviews and have an understanding of the end to end process of a qualitative market research project.
