This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced quantie who has the enthusiasm, drive and brainpower to join and succeed in this growing and highly reputed insights focussed team. Over recent years our client has transformed from being exclusively qual to become a fully-fledged consultancy including four highly successful and creative quant groups. The qual and quant teams work both exclusively and collaboratively with clients depending on the project requirements, so you will enjoy working on quant only and mixed method studies. Close, long-term working relationships with clients enables them to produce high quality, consultative pieces and they are consistently converging different pieces of research to produce holistic, harmonised stories.

With this continued success comes the need to expand the quant practice even further and so they seek an AD to join the team. You will be working across a range of projects both ad-hoc and tracking, UK and international, working with clients in telecoms, media, retail and FMCG. With experience at creating top class bespoke ad-hoc project solutions for your clients, ideally you will have experience in proposal writing and methodology design, questionnaire development, project/team management and creating design led, strategic presentations which answer your client’s key business questions. You should also preferably have worked on brand tracking projects, and understand the ins and outs of how such research projects work, and how to keep the project and insights fresh for clients.

There is a major commitment here to providing a positive working environment, including an innovative internal training academy and a busy social calendar, all ensuring this company is a happy and exciting place to be. So if you are looking for a quant role in a boutique style environment where you can extend the boundaries of what research can achieve, then we look forward to hearing from you.
