Aspire have the pleasure in working with a pioneering company who are leading figures in customer and employee insight, driving customer loyalty for some of the worlds most recognised retailers.

The company who have a large global presence, expanded in to the UK market and have built an effective team who work tirelessly to drive results. They are growing year on year, priding themselves on their 100% client retention.

Due to their continued success, our client are now looking for an astute and highly motivated Account Director who will be required to continue to develop the company's plans for rapid expansion.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a mixture of analytical, managerial and project management skills, with a good understanding of data and confidence in presenting finding's with intellectual flair. The ability to drive the company forward with strengths in client relationships.

You'll be a highly motivated self- starter, with experience of complex data sets and a level insights.

It is essential to have strong market knowledge of the following sectors:

* Market research

* Customer services

* Sales and marketing

* Customer and personal services

* Retail, fuel and hospitality

Key requirements:

* Solid managerial experience- relationship building at senior management level

* Proven track record of developing client relationships

* Solid consultation experience

* Astute understanding of insights and consulting

* Analytical background

* Understanding of complex data sets

* Leadership skills
