Research Director - Innovation & Strategy - Research Agency
This established and successful market research agency have a long standing reputation for their innovative tools, and the multiple awards adorning their walls speak volumes for the strength of their insights in the marketplace. Looking to the future, they would like to find a Director (or an ambitious Associate Director) who is able to make their mark and further establish their reputation as the go-to insights consultancy for consumer industries.
You will be the key-client contact for flagship FMCG accounts, across both custom and tracking studies. Designing and delivering ad hoc projects will be the key part of your role, working with consumer clients on NPD, brand and packaging studies. In addition to traditional methodologies, you will have a range of tools at your disposal, ensuring that the insights you produce are of the highest level. The key to your success in this role will be your client management skills, building a superb relationship with your key account from the get-go, and developing other accounts through the quality of your work.
At least some of your experience will have been gained in a market research agency, you will be a consumer insights specialist, and ideally will have had some experience of branding and or NPD research.
