They seek a quantitative researcher for a hybrid role working across a tracker for their biggest client as well as adhoc projects, so this could be the perfect opportunity for you to broaden your skillset. This is very much a hands on, ardently ‘method neutral’ setting, where you will working within multidisciplinary teams end to end and across a range of sectors, as industry mix is encouraged to keep the thinking fresh. The ability to build rapport with people is important and you will be keen to develop your credibility in front of clients.
