Quantitative Account Director - Thought Leadership, Consulting and Research
This Research and Advisory Consultancy is looking for an inspiring thought leader to join them as a Quantitative Account Director. This is an intellectually rigorous environment that will suit someone who enjoys using logical and well-informed thinking to identify the truth behind business issues.
Valued for your second to none understanding of quantitative techniques, you will be considered an expert in your field. By combining collaboration, imagination and expertise you will offer client’s commercially viable solutions to their business issues.
As Account Director, you will be trusted with leading some of the most valued Client Accounts in the business across financial services, healthcare, telecommunication, retail and FMCG.
Your end goal is to empower Senior Stakeholders with unique insights about their consumers and market and you will use a range of ad hoc and tracking quantitative research tools to get there. This role is for someone with the power of influence as you will work closely with clients on how to incorporate research in the development of strategy and will also lead internal teams throughout project execution.
You will deliver a range of research types, including Customer Satisfaction/NPS, Advertising Tracking, New Product Development, Brand Health, Customer Segmentation, U&A, Pricing Studies and Market Assessments. You will pitch for business, refine a research brief with clients, write proposals, manage research budgets, oversee delivery, conduct robust data analysis using statistical packages and work closely with colleagues to develop strategic, viable solutions to business conundrums.
This role will suit someone who…
- …is an out and proud Quantitative expert. You must have used a range of quantitative tools and know how to tailor your approach project by project. You must be able to work with and coordinate a range of internal teams and suppliers (programmers, analyst etc) to ensure projects are delivered without hiccup.
- …has a strong background in data analysis – you must be able to draw insights from data and report these confidentially to a range of clients. Experience using a statistical package ie. Q, SPSS

- …has strong verbal communication skills. You will communicate with clients throughout project duration and will present to clients at both iniital pitch and final reporting
