This fantastic new agency, working with some of the world's leading brands to glean insights from innovative digital methods is currently looking for someone to help continue their successful momentum. With a strong technology focus, they have built an extremely impressive team of data strategists, research and technology experts and community managers and they are now looking to add to their research team with the hiring of a number of researchers, in particular a Research Manager level Associate.

The company collects insights from non-conventional approaches, utilising digital tools to develop compelling and strategic approaches for their clients, who range from FMCG, retail, media and education.

Due to the success they've enjoyed since they were established, they are now looking for a research professional, at the Research Associate level (RM), with experience and/or passion for utilising innovative methodologies and solutions. This is a brand new role and the Associate will play a key role in supporting the Director working on projects, managing clients and shaping the offering.

In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have excellent research knowledge and training, ideally with experience in both qual and quant methodologies, although this isn't essential. Ideally you will be a free thinker, who is excited by the thought of working in a meritocratic, start-up environment.
