The Company

Our client is a medium-sized agency, who have experienced fantastic growth in the last couple of years. They pride themselves on a profession and friendly workforce, and an excellent client list. Based in a great London location, they have modern offices and offer candidates excellent opportunities for progression. They are now looking for a Research Manager to join their Public Sector team, to work on a range of quantitative studies for them. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in an upbeat company, where high standards are a must.

The Role

In this role you will be working on projects from start to finish, including writing proposals, attending briefings and pitches with clients, designing research programmes, writing questionnaires then overseeing the executives managing the projects through field and data analysis, then adding value to reports and presentations, and delivering these to clients alongside the Directors. You will be working on a mix of ad hoc and tracking studies, largely within travel and transport, but also with other clients in the public and utilities sectors. You will provide guidance to more junior team members, helping them in their development.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a strong background in quantitative research methods. You will be an excellent project manager, able to prioritise workloads and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be confident in suggesting methodological approaches, writing questionnaires and writing reports. You will have experience in a client facing role, and will be comfortable working with people on all levels.

This role will suit someone who is keen to work in public sector, and wants to work in a company that offers growth and progression.
