The Company

Our client is a full service research consultancy, based across several locations, including London and Oxford. They boast modern offices, great training and development and the opportunity to progress. Working with a range of blue-chip media, technology and FMCG clients, the work is varied, interesting and challenging.

The Role

They are now looking to take on a Qualitative Research Manager (or possibly a Senior Research Executive) to work on a range of projects within youth and children, FMCG, Public Sector and Media In this role, you will be part of a team working across all of these areas, utilising a variety of methodologies - including moderating groups, in-depth interviews, paired depths, online communities and ethnography.

Key responsibilities will include writing proposals and pitching to clients, developing research programmes, implementing new ideas, carrying out fieldwork, analysis and presenting insights to clients.

Our client invests heavily in the development of new methodologies, and places great value on finding new ways to carry out research.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a strong background in qualitative research methods. If you have only specialised in one sector, this will give you the opportunity to gain experience working in other areas. You will be confident in moderating and working with new methodologies. You will be someone who enjoys leading on projects and developing new ways to do research. You will be confident in working with clients, writing proposals and pulling out key insights from the results.

This role will suit someone who wants to progress and develop, with a good internal support structure and the chance to lead on initiatives.

The role can be based in either the London or Oxford office, depending on your preference.
