Research Manager - Qualitative - Consumer
Our client is a full service, boutique research consultancy, based in a great West London location, with fantastic offices and a friendly and professional working environment. They are looking for a Research Manager to join to work across FMCG, beauty and retail accounts, from a qualitative perspective. This role will suit someone who wants to work in an autonomous environment, with excellent support and progression.
In this role, you will be focused on one of the business's key accounts, within the beauty and retail space, spending around 70% of your time on their work. You will be tasked with understanding their business fully and through this, you will be able to understand what research programmes will meet their needs. Projects will focus on ideation, concept testing, branding and product development. This is a great role for someone who is passionate about working in this industry and wants to spend some time onsite with their client. The rest of your time, you will be able to focus on other business within the retail and consumer space.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a wide range of experience within qualitative research. You will be skilled in writing proposals, designing research programmes, putting together topic guides, moderating, carrying out ethnography, analysis and reporting. You will be passionate about retail and beauty and will be looking for a role where you can immerse yourself in a business, whilst working with other clients alongside. You will be a self-starter and someone who enjoys insight and seeing the developments from this.
