Position description:

  • Deliver across the complete client research deliverable (creating winning proposals through to extracting insights and delivering the presentation)
  • Manage and deepen relationships with an ever-growing FMCG client base
  • Champion new market insights and deliver compelling thinking to clients
  • Help to continually evolve the service experience, approaches and thinking
  • Help develop the team with future reporting lines in to you
  • Work hand in hand with the General Manager
  • Mainly quantitative insights/data strategy/consultancy with integration of qualitative insights

Application criteria:

  • Ideally 7 years’ minimum research experience from a commercial consumer insights agency setting
  • Comfortable with ad hoc research, not solely tracking, as this agency is brief driven not product driven
  • A breadth and depth of quantitative research methods
  • Ideally experience in FMCG or shopper but this is not a deal breaker
  • Comfortable in the detail but a big picture strategist
  • An influential personality for clients and the team
  • Operationally organised
