Working with industries that are the building blocks of Australian commerce (auto, consumer, shopper, financial services, travel) they provide tools that optimise category management, brand & coms, product design and price. Their clients do not only value them for content but also their delivery and this agency work hard to ensure outputs are creative enough to inspire action. 

As a Client facing Senior Account Manager you will support senior members of the business developing and strengthening client relationships. This will involve diligent project management, an intelligent response to questionnaire design and some imagination in the crafting of engaging reports. You will also help present findings and conduct some smart analytics on SPSS (driver analysis, clustering etc.). As you develop into the role you will be given the autonomy to run with managing client relationships in your own style.

This team is made up of a really nice blend of researchers from contrasting backgrounds. This difference in approach makes a great environment for brainstorming and different levels of seniority means you’ll have mentors to learn from, peers to relate to and juniors to invest some energy into bringing up the ladder behind you.

To apply to this role you must have:

• Have at least 3 years in a commercial, client facing research role: you must have written your own questionnaires, overseen data collection and written research reports to be proud of

• Used SPSS/Q in a commercial context and be able to independently perform varying degrees of complex analytics

• The right attitude! Even if you had all the right skills and more this agency will not hire you unless you can show you are a genuine team player, have genuine interest in research and genuinely want to pursue a career in consumer insights.
