Conducting ongoing brand work for one of Australia’s biggest FMCG icons this is tracking with a difference. Highly strategic, the study covers their entire brand portfolio and sits as the heart of the businesses ongoing commercial strategy and planning. The outputs are relevant, impactful and insightful – no 200 slide decks found here! And the end game is not to tick a box but instead to genuinely guide and influence client brand, marketing and product strategy. You will be seen as a trusted partner of not just the insights team but also the marketing, brand management, product management and innovation teams.

Yours will be very client facing role in which you will drive the smooth operation of the study, whilst taking full ownership for a number of brands within the portfolio conducting full strategic brand and category reviews. You will also oversee more junior resource on the day to day running of the study and so a desire to mentor yourself would be useful. When it comes to analysis and reporting your ability to think will be challenged and you will be taught how to add that magic spark to strategy from this industry. You will participate in client brand workshops and will have the chance to learn firsthand from the best in the business how to lead clients along the path that takes them from insights to business actions and real business change

·         C3/4years + market research agency experience

·         Quantitative research expertise

·         Excellent analysis and reporting skills

·         Interesting thoughts and ideas around brand, culture, advertising and consumers

·         Confident communication and client skills
