Working with retailers and brand owners across consumer packaged goods, liquor, and pharma they enable them to see beyond the data and make informed decisions. Utilising a suite of clever tools and services they enable clients to track consumer behaviour whilst enabling fast and dynamic measurement of shopper response to price, promotion, range, location and media.

This Group Account Director role will see you lead a team responsible for managing relationships with retailers and key clients, helping take the reins and driving their business forward. This is a growth role resulting from this agencies continued success.

Describing themselves as forward thinking, consultative and accountable this talented team is passionate about working collaboratively – not just with each other, but also with clients. With a minimum of eight to ten years’ experience in a relevant space – (either agency / supplier side or in house with a manufacturer or retailer) you should have excellent key account management, team management and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading, managing and developing 3 or 4 high performance client service teams
  • Setting commercial strategy and ensuring excellence in service for key client accounts
  • Maintaining and growing client revenues in line with business targets
  • Helping to ensure the ongoing development of staff through ongoing performance reviews and training sessions
  • Working with the senior leadership team to set wider business strategy
  • Help lead and shape a positive and innovative work environment and culture
