Head of Account Management – Specialist Research Consultancy
London (Hybrid)
£60-80,000 + commission + excellent benefits
Brand new role with a specialist boutique consultancy to set up, develop and lead a new Account Management function. With a mix of full service and self-serve offerings, this dynamic and growing research consultancy is the leader in its specialist sector with a growing list of international clients.
A pivotal role in ensuring the growth, success and retention of their client base, you will collaborate across departments to ensure clients achieve their goals and get maximum value from their services. Key will be the design and execution of strategies to maximise client satisfaction, improve revenue and retention and foster ever stronger relationships with key accounts.
Devising a comprehensive account management strategy is your first task, alongside developing a deep understanding of client needs to identify retention, renewals and growth opportunities. You will also relish building a high performing team from scratch with a shared ethos of collaboration, accountability and innovation.
To succeed in this role you will need a strong track record in strategic account management or customer success gained in market research, data services or business intelligence. You will have demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. Using your superior communication skills and emotional intelligence, you will resolve issues, build trust and advocate for customer needs. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision making is also a must.
In return you can expect an excellent salary and commission structure, very flexible hybrid working policies, a generous benefits package and the chance to earn share options in the company.
