Director – Add Something New to a Thriving Research Consultancy

Our client is an award winning & thriving independent insight consultancy. They have successfully grown the business and are at the point of wanting to add a senior director to help them with their next stage of growth. They specialise in social research with a mantra of making the world a better place.

They feel they have an opportunity to develop their offer into the commercial world, however the focus must remain. This means they are keen to work with companies in regulated industries who have an obligation to service and help vulnerable customers.  

Whilst having experience in this area would be ideal, we are very open to speaking to people who have experience in working with companies in regulated industries in any research/insights capacity who would be keen to focus in this area. It goes without saying that this is a commercially focussed role where you will tap into your knowledge, experience & contacts and be instrumental in developing this offer within the consultancy.  

Essential to be successful in this role is that you have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, you are innovative and a creative thinker, you will also be keen to bring in new ideas and approaches.

To enable you to be successful you will have knowledge and experience in how to win projects in this space, you will be able to pitch and write winning proposals and be highly motivated by the chance to help a business to continue to grow whilst enjoying the financial recognition this will bring.
