Senior Research Executive, AI and Tech enabled Agency

This tech enabled research agency has created a dynamic platform and are on a mission to close the knowledge gap on public opinion and offer clients deep insight at the speed of software. Their superstar research team is the cornerstone of achieving this, and are looking to expand the team. With initial success within polling/voting intentions they have rolled out their offer and are making waves in the commercial space. This will be a varied role — one day you may be working with some of the largest media or consumer goods companies another day you may be helping a smaller non-for-profit organisation achieve their own mission.

This role will best suit someone who has been in and around the research industry for at least a couple of years, someone who understands the process but is not looking to be pigeonholed. Someone who enjoys variety, loves working directly with clients and is happy to do what is needed to get the job done.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to own research projects from start to finish and support clients in navigating the platform. You will manage your clients communications – providing updates, answering queries, and ensuring clients get what the need for the research. You will support or own questionnaire development and scripting surveys, manage fieldwork and data quality, support clients to understand their results and what it means for them, develop and deliver outputs and develop and foster long term client relationships.

This role requires someone who has already learned and successfully applied the fundamentals of running quantitative market research, advanced data analysis and the ability to interpret and visualise data, but is looking to continue their development by having more ownership. You will work with in a collaborative team of researchers, client leads, data scientists and product specialists to provide outstanding insights.
