Quantitative Associate Director – up to £50,000 + Bens

This social research agency specialise in research and evaluation and they have a strong reputation in this area.
They are a purpose led business with a strong mission – they have a social, ethical and environmental conscience and they empower their team to make a positive difference to wider society.
The team work with a broad range of public service clients, including health agencies, social housing providers and charities as well as local authorities and central government clients.
Due to ongoing success, the team are keen to appoint an Associate Director with expertise in quantitative research methods. Previous experience working within social research is essential and any experience within CX, Environment, Transport, Sustainability, Arts / Culture or Charity would be highly desirable.
In terms of key responsibilities, the successful candidates must have previous experience in:
- Designing and delivering quant social research projects using a range of methodologies
- Have a track record of producing insightful analysis
- Be able to support the professional development of more junior team members
- Have a strong track record in business development, proposal writing and pitching
