Market Research Executive, International Political & Public Affairs Research

Highly respected research agency specialising in the issue-based, international and socio-political space seeks an additional researcher to serve their growing portfolio of clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on public opinion research of citizens across the world covering some of the most important contemporary issues (vaccine confidence, security, democracy, development, etc.) with a particular focus on Middle East affairs.

They seek a Market Research Executive with some questionnaire design experience, however any experience in qualitative research would also be appreciated. You will be active across all stages of the project from survey design, project management to report writing and presentation. To be successful here you must have a ‘can do’ attitude. Whilst you will of course have people to work with and turn to those that like to get on with it will thrive.

As a business they work on international public opinion research often involving fragile and conflict environments. They are fascinated by the relationship between public opinion and political, military, economic, social, and development-related issues; these are all areas you will be looking to bring into your analysis.

This is the Ideal role for someone with a keen interest in international politics and a small amount of market research experience either from a research agency or academic environment. This is a small and busy consultancy, so this role would suit someone who wants to be given responsibility and be trusted, is happy to muck in and do what’s needed to get the project done.
