This International healthcare charity are strongly reputed for working with government bodies, charities, NHS trusts and academic institutions to understand patients experience of care.
Their expertise covers all stages of the research process from design through to delivery, running prestigious large-scale surveys as well as small bespoke studies – they are committed to producing actionable and meaningful insight to drive advances in healthcare standards and deliver the highest quality person centred care.
The team are currently looking to recruit a Junior Project Manager to work at the heart of the service delivery team in a fixed-term contract of either 3 or 6 months. The role will support the team in the running of multiple large scale survey programmes using project management processes. Tasks will include building surveys with bespoke soft ware packages, control of data including analysis using Excel, working with external partners and ensuring regulatory requirements are met. You will enjoy liaising with clients, providing excellent customer experience, resolving queries swiftly and efficiently.
Key experience sought:
- Project management experience or knowledge of project management principles and systems
- Strong Excel skills and manage sensitive data confidently
- Experience of managing/ deploying market research surveys is desirable
- Experience of managing client relationships in a customer service environment
- An interest in social/ healthcare / market research

Initially this role is full-time office based (moving to hybrid after 3 months) so you will need to be able to commute to Oxford daily.
