Our client, a fantastic, energetic full-service boutique consultancy is keen to add a further Associate Director to the ranks. They are open to speaking to Senior Research Managers and Junior Directors as well. This is the perfect opportunity to put some serious rocket fuel into your career. You will be working alongside a great team to deliver high profile projects to senior level clients. It’s a real chance to leapfrog into working on complex and strategic projects with very senior stakeholder engagement, guided by fantastic, down to earth owners and an amazing MD who has been helping them to embark on their next period of growth and development. They work with big name clients across industries such as media, entertainment, technology, finance and luxury and will be looking to you to partner on these relationships.

The level of senior engagement calls for a bright, passionate, conscientious researcher looking to flourish in a role that embraces both hands on rigorous research and the delivery of game changing advice to truly receptive clients.

Quant dominates so the ability to work from design to delivery in quant is a must but any skills or interest in qual can be satisfied. There is plenty of variety in the work they do including comms and message testing, product development, segmentation, U&A, offer testing, pricing and customer experience. With a good grounding in bespoke research (any commercial sector will be considered) and truly passionate about the quality of the work you deliver, you will thrive in this very human environment - where motivation, honesty, fun and friendship will be key to your success here.
