Director – Qualitative Insight, Brand /Innovation Strategy – Strategic Human Centric Consultancy

They seek a highly experienced and motivated Director who is keen to take a leading role in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment. You will lead your team to deliver high quality and actionable global insight, innovation and strategy projects. You will also have a strong track record in nurturing and growing client relationships, and you will thrive in helping more junior team members of the team to flourish. As a director you will also play an active role in helping shape and develop the company’s growth, building on their collaborative and inclusive company culture, and looking for ways to help them develop in a positive and human-centric way.

The ideal candidate will be a current Director who has worked in insight (Qualitative), innovation &/or brand strategy, this is very likely to have been in an agency environment, client-side experience will be of interest if you have experience of leading and developing a team. Those that have worked in other areas of the marketing mix that have exposure to qualitative research and can show a passion and desire for this type of work would also be considered.
