Qualitative Insight Manager – Global Boutique Consultancy

Central London (Hybrid), £40,000 - £45,000 (flexible) + strong benefits

This entrepreneurial and dynamic global boutique offers cutting-edge approaches involving innovation and creativity to deliver human insights with real power to challenge and create change. Using innovative digital and visual methodologies, they deliver impactful insights for big name brands in a host of consumer sectors including fmcg, travel and media.

Alongside traditional research techniques, they use video and imagery to help capture, analyse and share findings in the most insightful and engaging ways. Their creative team works hard to break the mould of existing research practices and throw themselves to the forefront of innovation in both research methods and insight thinking.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced qualitative researcher to join them at Insight Manager level  and become an integral part of the team.  This role is ideal for a researcher with an entrepreneurial spirit, keen to be part of a diverse forward-thinking and collaborative group of strategic thinkers.

From day one you will find yourself working on fascinating projects across multiple international markets, helping high-profile clients make sense of ever-changing consumer behaviours and cultures. Projects are across the marketing mix – including brand, communications, and innovation work, and big strategic exploratory pieces.

The successful candidate will have gained significant experience leading international qualitative research projects utilising an array of methods including focus groups, workshops, online communities and ethnography plus have a brilliant track record of fostering strong relationships with your clients. You will be a creative, strategic thinker, excited by the idea of inspiring clients and managing junior researchers as they develop their skills.

An excellent storyteller, you will enjoy the buzz of delivering truly strategic and cultural insights and seeing the impact of these in the real world. The team love conscientious, collaborative, passionate people who are ready to get stuck in, if this is you, apply now!
