Research & Insight Manager – Clientside - Education Sector
South-West England (Hybrid, 2 office days/week)
£35-40,000 + 30 days holiday + good benefits

Join a highly visible Insight team as Research & Insight Manager and work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure the best understanding of customers, competitors and market performance.
Utilising a range of research methods, quantitative, qualitative and secondary, you will both commission studies working with suppliers as well as manage projects in-house. These studies include customer experience, brand health and market monitoring so you will need demonstrable market research expertise gained either on the agency or clientside. Additionally, you will analyse multiple data sources, liaising with both product management and customer teams to deliver market trends, competitor analysis, customer feedback and performance insights to inform strategy and business goals.
Communicating complex information to a non-expert audiences, the successful candidate will have great interpersonal skills combined with highly analytical approach. An assured self-starter is sought, with a passion for insight, keen to succeed in a dynamic, inclusive environment in which every day brings a new, exciting challenge!
Based in the South West, this organisation is offers hybrid working and is looking for the successful candidate to be based in the office 2 days a week.
