Associate Director (RM/AD) – Qualitative – Behaviour led insight that drives growth

Our client seeks an experienced and inspiring qualitative specialist who is keen to combine trusted techniques with inventive, digitally-driven methodologies. This consultancy are constantly developing to reflect the world of mobile technology, connectivity, and consumer empowerment. Critical thinking and client inspiration are passionately supported, strong opinions are highly valued - this is an enthusiastic team that encourages debate and reflection.

You will be a key member of their qualitative team, where you will enjoy supporting and being supported by an inspiring and nurturing team. Helping clients with all aspects of their business from product and service development, customer experience through to brand and creative development.

Their approaches span digital and traditional methods, engaging in mobile ethno, online communities as well as the more classic groups, depths and workshops. Integrated qual/quant is also embraced here, so this would be an excellent opportunity to develop valuable pan-discipline experience. As a business they work across a range of sectors but for this role the focus will be on consumer, fmcg, retail and shopper.
