Panel Manager/Panel Recruiter - International Field Research Agency

Fast growing field research agency seeks an experienced Panel Manager/Recruiter to help maintain/enhance its market research services to clients!

This agency has enjoyed rapid development, and boasts an international client base of both market research agencies and clients direct. Offering project support in primarily qualitative but also quantitative too, and across a range of industry sectors, they now need a Panel Manager in order to both consolidate and further enhance their service offering.

Essentially you'll be involved in: inviting panelists to participate in research projects; panel recruitment strategy, design & implementation; performance monitoring; and far more. You'll play an integral role in future panel recruit plans, best practice, and steering significant panel growth via platform implementation too. All this will be on an international scale.
