Project Manager, Mixed Methods

This mould breaking consultancy seeks to add a further Project Manager to the team as a result of very strong growth and a busy order book. The ideal candidate will be keen to experience life in a successful, busy agency and gain exposure to the range of project types that they conduct - brand, communication, NPD, customer needs and relationships - while supporting senior colleagues on one particular client account. Activity on this account is continuous and comprises a mix of qualitative, quantitative and continuous projects.

Tasks will include:

• Supporting execs on project admin eg preparation of screeners in local language, help preparing stim packs for international markets, preparation of visuals for reports, script checking of questionnaires, preparing documentation for client’s compliance teams
• Ordering customer sample from client’s data base
• Downloading, decrypting and checking quality of client’s customer sample
• Organising, amending and adapting client’s email invitations (in HTML) for international markets
• Checking client’s emails (containing survey links) and liaising with the US mailing house and the research scriptors to ensure email surveys are correctly configured/checked/sent
• Liaising with local agencies (especially in US, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan and Mexico) to share lists, screeners and to schedule research interviews and groups
• Co-ordinating diaries to ensure interviews and groups are covered, sending out of WebEx links to participants and moderators, and collecting Participant Release forms
• Managing, checking and collating feedback from any pre-tasks sent to participants
• Ensure details and documentation of all client’s projects (about 30 per year) are uploaded into the client’s Research Management system
• Prepare Statement of Work and admin required to raise Purchase Orders for each project
