Senior Quant Project Manager – Oxford / Hybrid  – Charity

Up to circa £40,000 + Benefits

This International healthcare charity are strongly reputed for working with government bodies, charities, NHS trusts and academic institutions to understand patients experience of care. Their expertise covers all stages of the research process from design through to delivery, running prestigious large scale surveys as well as small bespoke studies – they are committed to producing actionable and meaningful insight to drive advances in healthcare standards and deliver the highest quality person centred care.

The team are currently looking to recruit a pivotal position, at the heart of the service delivery team. The role will lead on the development and implementation of large scale quant programmes of work and you will ensure the design of the studies meet and deliver to the needs of the client and stakeholders. You will support the Head of the team in the development and improvement of the processes for these programmes ensuring project efficiencies and success.

Responsibilities and key experience required:

• Previous quant experience and understanding is required in order to design and further develop the prestigious surveys
• The ability to effectively schedule, resource plan/manage and juggle budgets
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Supervise those engaged with the delivery of the projects
• Working alongside the Head of the team to improve standardised processes and support the effectively delivery of national programmes of work
