Chief Operating Office/Chief Delivery Officer - Digital Insights Consultancy

Known for being able to blend the strategic depth of custom insights (quant/qual) with the speed of innovative digital 'magic', this group has enjoyed fast and consistent growth, and very much embodies the digital 'disruptive' zeitgeist that has left more 'traditional' research agencies (including the big ones) and practices far behind. With offices in UK, Europe and the USA, they boast very well-known brands as clientele and are gaining more via reputation.

As COO/CDO or equivalent, you'll join the senior management team and work very closely with the group's founder in a role where you'll effectively combine overseeing and improving upon the group's operational functions (including line managing territory Operations Directors) with overseeing all insights activity/delivery via the strategic insights teams too. You'll be joining at time where the group is updating its product, analytics and automation offerings in order to maintain its place at the cutting edge end of insights provision, and you'll very likely partner up with the Chief Growth Officer (responsible for commercial, marketing, product and expansive innovation expansion) on a range of areas to align operations and insights delivery with commercial and product/services direction.

It's a given that in regards to this COO/CDO role (job title can be either) you'll already be of similar level within the insights, market research and/or strategic consulting (insights led) fields. Furthermore, you'll probably be from those organisations already embracing developments in digital and tech in regards to service provision, but who now wants the greater challenge, and to be pushed further. In return you're going to play a hugely significant role in the next stage of this group's exciting journey!
