Projects broadly fall into 3 categories:
- Strategic insight – research with public, stakeholder and opinion formers delivering insight to support corporate and public policy decisions, helping to navigate reputation and brand issues
- Comms and Campaign development – helping clients influence opinion and change behaviour
- Engagement – helping clients work with their key audiences. Deliberative citizen dialogue and engagement, customer co-creation; stakeholder, opinion-former and colleague engagement.
Already an experienced agency-side researcher (ideally mixed methods) you will possess the ability to understand your clients on a deeper level and apply a strategic lens to client problems.
You’ll be expected to understand the wider context of a client issue having a good grasp of the social, cultural and political context. Ensuring the deliverables, insights and strategic advice given to clients is at the highest level is going to be key.
