This tech led insights group utilise custom built technology to push the boundaries and capabilities of the traditional research and insights industry. As they embark on their next phase of growth, they are focused on bringing new, technology-based products to market generating meaningful real-time insights at speed that rapidly aggregate and analyse data.
Joining their specialist client advisory team, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients to help them better understand their customers and how they think and behave. Customer experience programmes has been a key area of focus for them, however there will also be the opportunity to work on a broader range of studies.
Their roadmap sees them on a journey to continue to develop new and differentiated tools in both qual and quant areas enabling their clients to connect better with their customers and make more informed business decisions.
