What you’ll be doing

  • Managing existing and launching new research tracking and ad hoc projects for both Business to Business and consumer audiences.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to identify and define research needs, working with them and external agencies to design & deliver fresh and actionable insight.
  • Using the outcomes of the research to contribute to the achievement and evolution of NHBCs strategy and objectives.
  • Adding value through the whole process and to the wider business through your commercial acumen and understanding of our market and regulatory environment.

 

What we are looking for

We want to find a proactive and passionate market research professional to work in our Strategy and Change department. You will be a key member of the Insight Team; making a tangible difference to the business with your work. You will be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, always ensuring rigorous standards and quality are achieved. You’ll have commercial experience and think commercially. You’ll be confident to challenge appropriately, be an exceptional communicator across all formats, and have an insatiable curiosity and drive.

  • Proven experience of agency or client-side market research, preferably from a regulated service industry (e.g. finance or insurance).
  • Able to produce exceptional research briefs / specifications, with strong skills across word, excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with being able to produce and present compelling stories that have tangible outcomes.
  • Proactive, able to use initiative and adapt your style to your audience; always keen to make a positive difference.
