We offer a completely independent category management service, including detailed analysis of EPOS and Consumer Panel data, primary consumer research, and innovation. Our role is to deliver continually relevant insight for our clients to maintain success and drive growth.

As a result of our ongoing success, we are now looking for a Consumer Market Researcher to join our growing team; someone who will work with clients to shape category visions, evaluate Brand growth and develop NPD strategies through the delivery of effective research projects.

Part of a growing, high performing team of insights professionals, we are looking for someone with around two years consumer research experience, strong interpersonal skills to foster client relationships as well as a real passion for the technical, hands-on aspects of the role.

You will support the senior insights team on large projects whilst also owning your own where you will be supported by our wider Insight team, as you become immersed in all aspects of category and insight management.

Previous experience in a consumer insights role, most likely from an agency background with an MRS qualification is a prerequisite.  You will be Smart, Original and Confident with a passion for food and drink.  A strong communicator, with excellent IT skills, a high level of proficiency in working with quantitative and qualitative data, you will be capable of preparing and delivering memorable and impactful presentations that inspire the client to act.

This is a full-time role which can be based anywhere in the UK.  There will be a requirement to attend the office in Chirk, Wrexham at least on a quarterly basis and there will also be client facing meetings and travel for fieldwork.
