Senior Consumer Insights Manager (12 month FTC) – Clientside

An exciting clientside opportunity with a leading global developer/operator of shopping destinations! With locations dotted across the globe, this flagship brand has an extensive portfolio across retail, exhibition venues, and office space. They pride themselves on their ethical, passionate, diverse, and collaborative culture and love to push boundaries when it comes to consumer insights.
As Senior Consumer Insight Manager in this maternity cover contract, you will work closely with the Head of Insights as well as other Directors in the business delivering quantitative and qualitative insights to maximise the understanding of consumers and retailer behaviour. You will manage the creation of trading trends and customer behaviour insights, guiding key stakeholders on business, brand and marketing strategies. Your role will also involve partnering with external agencies/consultants on research programmes in customer loyalty, brand awareness and campaign evaluation across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running consumer insight projects from beginning to end using a broad range of tools and methodologies. With strong survey and discission guide design skills, advanced Excel and modelling skills and excellent communication skills, a mix of agency and in-house experience would be ideal, but a background on either side will be considered.
