With amazing tools and training available and a focus on growing and improving their offer, this is a great place to develop and grow your career in behaviour change.

You will be working with the Head of Behavioural Science to help public sector organisations implement successful behaviour change programmes.  As part of a fast growing team, you will be generating client value through the application of behavioural insight – both as a stand-alone function, but also designing and testing interventions and evaluating impacts for policy.

This involves working in collaboration with policy and methods experts to help clients scope, design, implement and evaluate behaviour change programmes. The focus of this role is supporting the delivery of behaviour change relating to a range of topic areas including health, the environment, energy, travel, and transport. Depending on the level you are recruited at you may take responsibility for leading bids, directing client projects, and supporting the growth of behavioural science more broadly across the agency.

The role involves:

Supporting business development, through building effective client relationships and leading our responses to client requests for proposals.

Supporting internal and external Behavioural Science training and capability building. Running training, producing resources, and building internal networks to raise awareness of behavioural science generally, but also the application of frameworks.

Thought leadership demonstrating how the application of behavioural science drives behaviour change and creates value for individuals, organisations and society.

Marketing support:  Helping us grow our market presence through a range of marketing activities.

Generating innovative solutions: drawing on novel approaches such as passive data neuroscience and conducting R&D to aid the development of behavioural science tools.

Managing behavioural science projects through the full project cycle, from design, to data collection and analysis, through to developing conclusions and recommendations. Ensuring projects are delivered to budget and timescale.

Advising on application of behavioural science, including leading evidence reviews, advise on and apply behavioural frameworks, methods, theories of change, intervention design, testing and evaluation.
