Hugely exciting opportunity for a market research led Project Manager to join the growing international insights & analytics arm of this global powerhouse in sports, media, entertainment & events!
Playing an integral ownership role on a NEW customer satisfaction & experience insights project for a key vertical within global group's overall offering, you'll lead on delivery to illuminate audience based insights. You'll be part of a burgeoning consumer insights division within the group, and as well as predominantly quantitative survey led data collection, fieldwork supervision and quality assurance activity, you'll have some line management responsibilities too. There will also be strong exposure/interaction with internal partners within the group who will be acting upon the insights this initiative generates; furthermore its success will see you roll it out to other parts of the group as well!
You'll ideally have strong quantitative project management skills gained from the insights sector (probably agency side), be a good communicator, and enjoy autonomy. You'll be joining a great, hugely personable insights & analytics team, and feel this is very much 'your baby'!
I know you've seen a lot of project management roles advertised within research & insights, and recruiters are bombarding you with ‘headhunting’ emails on Linked In. But they're all 'same old' roles in 'same old' whatever agencies aren't they! I think this is the sexiest Project Manager role available within the insights sector right now. It gives you all the benefits of having worked agency side, but it crosses into a semi-client side type of position for a way more fun and interesting sector than is being peddled elsewhere. Lovely team too - I mean seriously nice! - and good flexibility. Also you get that nice balance of boutique feel in something huge and fun; and there will be some unique perks that come with working for a group like this - trust me.
