The Role

The Survey Project Manager will be responsible for driving the success of the survey projects by acting as a liaison between the client and vendors to ensure survey fulfillment. This person will also be responsible for creating an overall positive experience for the client including ensuring that project deliverables meet the clients' specifications and timelines. Based in London, this is an excellent opportunity for a client-centric individual to build, maintain and manage relationships with our key clients, ensuring success & consistency across all accounts relating to the Survey function. This role is ideal for someone who values the ability to shape the vertical of their team and make a direct and meaningful impact in a small-kit team.

  • Drive overall success for multiple survey projects while creating an exceptional experience for each client
  • Day-to-day project management of panel projects including working with panel partners to ensure surveys are filled out within the client timeframes and proper demographics
  • Act as client manager/liaison as well as project manager on specific sample projects, managing client expectations, time frames, and overall project deadlines
  • Track, manage and maintain survey data – ensuring correct set up and implementing data-clean throughout project to ensure project and data integrity.
  • Work with external vendors & outsourced programmers to successfully create & complete Survey samples & trials
  • Work in partnership with the Commercial Lead for Surveys to understand our client's needs and ensure we successfully deliver on Survey projects
  • Work in partnership with the wider Survey team (across Raleigh & London) to ensure a robust & successful Survey product to all clients

Requirements

  • Experience working with external stakeholders and achieving project deliverables to stakeholder expectations and timelines
  • Experience sorting, filtering, and isolating data in Excel
  • Strong project management skills and experience juggling multiple projects and campaigns with multiple moving pieces
  • Ability to promptly spot data inconsistencies or mistakes and quickly resolve any data issues
  • Market research experience from a survey perspective and experience working with panel providers or experience writing, filtering, or conducting, or doing quantitative work for surveys is highly preferred
  • High sense of urgency and a bias for action
  • Meticulous organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize
