Insight Analyst (6 month contract) - Property Association

£36,000 pro rata; Kent/Hybrid Working

As an Insight Analyst for this award winning property organisation, you'll support the delivery of customer insight research and statistical projects primarily using quantitative data.

Covering a 6 month contract you’ll work on projects for numerous stakeholders, including design of research surveys, sampling techniques and data collection methods. Specific duties include the application of statistical models and techniques; using numbers to solve business problems, including regression analysis, and identifying patterns with data. In so doing you'll be a proficient user of MS Excel and SPSS (or equivalent, e.g. STATA/R), have good knowledge of data structures including the ability to manipulate and restructure data, have knowledge of quantitative research methods and the analysis interpretation and reporting of findings, and have strong analytical skills including survey sampling and descriptive statistics.  

Experience in a social research environment would be advantageous, as would a property/housing background (it’s not essential however). In return you join a positive work culture based at a cool riverside setting – coupled with good hybrid working options.
