Senior Director - International Development

Exciting opportunity for a commercially minded social researcher looking for a leadership role who wants to join an agency which is transforming communities globally. Working with international clients you will be carrying out research in challenging environments and using that research to improve lives in fragile and conflict states.

The key responsibilities in this role are people management; supporting business development and leading and directing primary market research as well as stakeholder management - both internal and external.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a social research environment and be used to dealing with public sector procurement as well as understanding the challenges of carrying research in challenging environment or amongst niche groups. It is critical that you have strong technical skills within research as you will lead and support a team of researchers to ensure clients receive the insight they need to implement change and policy. You will be supported by Research Directors and you will sit as part of a brilliant, passionate and dedicated team. This is an exciting leadership role with lots of opportunity for the right person.
