Chief Growth Officer, Research Agency

Do you have leadership experience within the market research industry and looking for a new opportunity in London? Hasson Associates is helping an innovative insight consultancy find a Chief Growth Officer, and the role comes with a salary of up to £150k p/a.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving growth, working with the leadership team to evolve all aspects necessary to create sustainable, scalable growth.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

* Re-engineer the commercial team to separate key accounts development from new business acquisition

* Lead the New Business Acquisition team establishing the strategy, structure, people and tools required to unlock growth

* Dramatically improve the company's awareness and top of funnel approach

* Support the evolution of the product development team.

To apply for this growth management role, you will need proven experience at Senior Executive level in a similar company or in a relevant role within the Market Research/Tech or Marketing Consultancy industry. You will also require the following:

* Experience bringing products and methods to market and influencing their ongoing development

* Outstanding people management, leadership & business planning skills

* A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £130,000 to £150,000, plus bonus and stock options..
