Associate Director, Technology

Do you have experience analysing survey and operational data, and are you seeking a new role? Hasson Associates is helping an established research agency client to find an Associate Director, and the role comes with a salary of up to £65,000.

As a flexible Associate Director, you will use multiple data sources to identify opportunities to improve customers' experiences and predict the outcomes of corporate decisions and initiatives. Your key client will be a major player in the consumer technology space.

In your first few weeks in this Associate Director role, you can expect to:

* Build a deep understanding of customer needs, expectations, sentiment and perceptions

* Identify where to act, bringing opportunities to the surface and using 'early indicator' tools to identify issues and pain points

* Predict the benefits of improvements, developing outlooks and supporting the delivery and optimisation of initiatives

* Monitor and evaluate impact, tracking key events and the early impact of initiatives

The ideal candidate will have experience working in market research or data analytics, likely agency-side. You will also require the following:

* Prior experience working with CX trackers (experience working with NPS would be an advantage)

* Experience in pre-post or test vs control analysis types

* Experience in forecasting and predictive modelling

* Knowledge of the R programming language and an understanding of drivers analysis/regression, including bi-variate and multi-variate analysis techniques.

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £40,000 to £65,000,
