They seek a senior level research and insights specialist with a strong quant background who is keen to bring their expertise to a method-neutral environment. They have a lot of great people at all levels in the team but they want to add some new ideas and thinking. They want to find someone who is sharp, innovative and flexible. Someone who can add a little more sparkle to their quant offer.
You’ll be a brilliantly trained quantitative researcher and will have ideally worked in a small/mid-sized agency at some point in your career. You will have a demonstrable track record of using a full range of ad hoc techniques. You’ll have experience of working on more complex projects such as conjoint, max diff and segmentations. Your project design skills will be excellent and you will be comfortable heading up analysis sessions to produce outstanding on point useable output. Ensuring you are delivering insights that enable actionable business decision making. You’ll enjoy presenting and will show real flair for engaging and stimulating your audience. On a more practical level, you’ll be a strong project leader, making sure the more junior members of your team that you manage are keeping projects moving forward and learning as they go.
Whilst having good commercial nous and the ability to spot the next opportunity with your client would be highly appreciated the real focus of this role is for you to add and pass on your knowledge to the team as opposed to being the alpha hunter who is focussed on sales.
