Associate Director – Analytics – Strategic Insights Consultancy

We seek that special someone who has strong experience in forecasting, predictive modelling and has an understanding of drivers analysis/regression who is also keen to be client facing.

The Role:

The company has worked alongside and in partnership with their client for many years helping them to develop a CX tracking system that incorporates real time feedback across key customer journeys and touchpoints, integrated with customer behavioural and operational data. This work plays an essential role in the decision-making and delivery for the client.                                                                 Helping them to:

To continue to deliver to a high standard they require an Associate Director who will focus on analysis and insight delivery. You will have a passion for creating and delivering value for clients through deep analysis of survey and operational data.

This is a wide ranging role where your technical skills and client facing abilities will be utilised in equal measures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analysis across multiple data sources
• Project Management
• Working with statistical packages/programmes (such as SPSS, Q and R)
• Insight Delivery
• Relationship building and developing
• Supporting the team and mentoring juniors
